I am a passionate practitioner, devout yogi & devotee of my teacher, Anan Guruji. I have cultivated many interests in the healing arts and continue to learn from Anan Guruji to deepen my practices by exploring my passions. Those passions have their roots in helping others to connect to their Divine essence, to release old patterns and blockages, and to learn to live from a heart-felt place of joy and bliss. I enjoy sharing this connection through the many tools available at my disposal including: • Hatha Yoga Classes • Pranayama Instruction • Sound Healing Modalities (singing bowls, tuning forks, flutes, didgeridoo & overtones singing) • Mantra • Meditation • Pranic Healing Practices • Qi Gong Classes I enjoy doing these practices daily and find contentment, joy, and bliss first within myself and my own Divine connection, and then sharing from this heart-felt place to help others experience their own personal light from within. It is my path, or Dharma to embrace my Divine connection and to shine my own light into the world, continuously drawing from these teachings each and every day. Namaste.
